Humans basically get themselves
educated to earn good amount of money and in turn to get themselves the best of
the best lifestyle! This all has become mechanical these days! Lifestyle is the
way of life; it's something which we want to give ourselves as a gift after
studying so hard and working harder! And in doing so our young generation is losing
on something very important that is there health.
A term life style disease has
popped up in recent times, which has attracted attention of many researchers worldwide.
A lifestyle disease is the concatenation
of many different deadly diseases like obesity, heart ailments, fatigue, insomnia,
osteoporosis, anxiety etc. These all diseases take a long time to set in and
once they house your body they never leave and can sometimes lead to untimely
death.
The causes of these kinds
of diseases are the workplace conditions, the kind of work you do, your workspace,
the amount of work pressure you have which often leads to smoking problem in
young generation. Other contributing factors include bad ergonomics, the kind
of nourishments you take and not getting enough sleep. These diseases can be
avoided by starting to follow a healthy routine in terms of getting enough
nourishment, getting good night sleep and most importantly following an
exercise regimen. Many Researches have proved that all these diseases are connected
to our occupation and as well as the way we live.
Lifestyle alteration
Changing
the job or workplace may not be the feasible option but the thing which we can
easily alter is our lifestyle, a little change in our daily routine can help us
in long run and fighting back with these deadly mammoths coming our way, Here
are a few tips:-

Avoid
late nights, try to follow a strict sleep routine, sleep is a great stress
buster, a stress reliever hormone “serotonin” is released when we sleep on time
it is the same hormone which our body releases when we smile or laugh. so go
for it!

Include
green vegetables and fruits in diet.
·
Consume
2-3 liters of water daily.
·
Cut
down sugar/caffeine intake/Avoid smoking it doesn’t act as a stress buster
instead it adds on it.

Try
to take stairs whenever possible.
·
Spend
time with family and friends’, try to take at-least single meal with your
family.
·
Recreation:-
Change of activity is recreation, take small breaks in between your work so
that you can become charged for further day’s work.

Someone
has rightly said, When wealth is lost,
nothing is lost; when health is lost, something is lost; when
character is lost, all is lost. So please don’t lose your health for
wealth otherwise not a single part of your character will be remembered by
anybody!
